No Churn Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

Super creamy No Churn Cookies & Cream Ice Cream made with 4 simple ingredients. All you need is heavy whipping cream, a can of sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and Oreos. This ice cream comes together in less than 10 minutes! The hard part is waiting for it to freeze!

Warmer temperatures are coming and nothing screams spring and summer more than ice cream! This 4-ingredient No Churn Cookies & Cream Ice Cream is BEYOND creamy and is packed with crushed double stuffed Oreos! 

Ingredients for No Churn Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

All you need are a handful of simple pantry ingredients to make this No Churn Cookies & Cream Ice Cream! 

  • Heavy Whipping Cream: You will need 2 cups of cold full-fat heavy whipping cream. 
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: The recipe calls for 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk. 
  • Vanilla Extract: Use pure vanilla extract for best flavor!
  • Oreos: I like to use double stuffed Oreos for this recipe. Feel free to swap with your favorite Oreo!

Freezing and Storing the Ice Cream

This Cookies & Cream Ice Cream requires no churning! It’s so simple to make and turns out so beyond creamy! You can freeze the ice cream in any dish or pan that you have on hand; however, I find a loaf pan works best! I like to freeze the ice cream in a loaf pan to make it easy to scoop! When it comes to storing the ice cream, you can leave it in the loaf pan. Just make sure you heavily wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn. You can also transfer the ice cream into freezer-safe plastic container or an ice cream container

Making No Churn Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, add cold heavy whipping cream. You can also use a hand mixer or whisk by hand!
  • Beat at medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Add in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until just combined.
  • Gently fold in crushed Oreos. Setting some aside for the top. Pour into a loaf pan.
  • Top with remaining crushed Oreos.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer for at least 4 hours. 
  • Scoop and enjoy!
