Banana Bread Pancakes

These pancakes are made with bananas and white whole wheat flour making them a bit healthier than regular pancakes!

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup white whole wheat four
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Whisk together bananas, milk, egg, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  2. Add in white whole flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  3. Pour onto greased pan over medium-low heat and cook for about 3-5 min per side or until bubbles start to form on top.
  4. Top with butter and maple syrup and enjoy.
