Banana Bread Pancakes
These pancakes are made with bananas and white whole wheat flour making them a bit healthier than regular pancakes!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup white whole wheat four
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mash bananas in a large bowl. Whisk together bananas, milk, egg, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Add in white whole flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Pour onto greased pan over medium-low heat and cook for about 3-5 min per side or until bubbles start to form on top.
- Top with butter and maple syrup and enjoy.
